Payment & Fees

Your subscription to ParentSource automatically renews until canceled. When you subscribe to ParentSource and provide a Payment Method, you authorize us to charge your Payment Method the subscription fee, along with any other taxes or transaction fees that may apply to your use of ParentSource Online Classes. Your Payment Method will automatically be charged at the start of your subscription (or following any applicable Promotional Period as described below) and on an ongoing basis the day immediately following the end of the prior subscription billing period unless you cancel your subscription or ParentSource access is suspended or terminated. The monthly subscription billing period is thirty (30) days from the date your Payment Method is charged, as stated on your account under Billing. The amount charged to your Payment Method may vary from billing period to billing period due to changes in your subscription plan or applicable taxes or transaction fees. We reserve the right to change the subscription fee for ParentSource at any time following notice to you (either through ParentSource or by sending an email to the address you have registered for your account). If you do not wish to accept a change to the subscription fee, you may cancel your subscription as described below. If there are any discrepancies in billing, you hereby waive your right to dispute such discrepancies if you do not notify ParentSource within sixty (60) days after they first appear on an account statement. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INTERNET ACCESS CHARGES. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER FOR INFORMATION ON POSSIBLE INTERNET DATA USAGE CHARGES.

Refunds

ALL FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. As described further below, even if you cancel your subscription to ParentSource before the end of your active subscription period, as applicable, you will not receive a refund for any portion of the Fees for the remainder of that subscription period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription to ParentSource at any time through your account settings at https://www.parentsource.com/account/billing by clicking “cancel” next to your active subscription. Note, if you obtained your subscription to ParentSource through a third-party distributor you must follow the instructions for cancellation provided by such third party. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current subscription period. You will have continued access to ParentSource online classes for the remainder of your paid subscription period, but you will not receive a refund of any of the fees paid. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid paying the subscription fees for the next subscription period. You acknowledge and agree that, to the extent not prohibited by applicable law, cancellation of your subscription is your sole recourse if you have any dissatisfaction, issue, or concern related to ParentSource, its content, or features, including fees, applicable taxes, or billing methods; the selection of content available to you through ParentSource; the Terms, or any changes thereto; or any other policies or practices that apply to ParentSource.

The good news is if you cancel your ParentSource monthly or ParentSource annual subscription, you can still find a limited amount of resources for free on ParentSource at The Source. To cancel your plan, follow the steps below:

• Log into your account on parentsource.com.
• Navigate to the Billing tab. 
• Click “Cancel” next to the subscription you choose to terminate. 
• Complete the required steps. You will receive a confirmation email after your subscription has successfully been canceled.

General

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from ParentSource. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with ParentSource. ParentSource reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. ParentSource also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent

Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation

Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from ParentSource again, just sign up as you did the first time and ParentSource will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number

You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply "STOP" from the original number or notify us of your old number at [email protected]. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

Messaging Terms Changes

We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrolment with our messaging program. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
